Budget Challenge is dedicated to ensuring our website is accessible to as many visitors as possible regardless of their ability or technology. We have an active commitment to increasing our site's website accessibility.

Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards conforming to the Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA and Section 508 criteria. These guidelines not only help make web content accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

Current Compliance Status

As of August 1, 2024, all student sections of Budget Challenge including the e-textbook and curriculum have been tested and updated for compliance with WCAG version 2.1 level AA criteria.

Teacher sections of Budget Challenge are currently going through testing and abatement with a goal deadline of compliance of Dec 31, 2024.
