Budget Challenge does not collect personally identifiable information from students. As a provider of financial literacy curriculum to high school and college students, Budget Challenge primarily interacts with individuals aged 13 and older. Therefore, the collection and use of student information falls outside the scope of COPPA.
However, Budget Challenge is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals, including minors. We adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations, such as FERPA, to safeguard student information.
